Our Christmas 2016 Charity appeal was all about collecting food for the West Cheshire Food Bank – Providing emergency food to people in crisis. We had a donation hamper next to our memorial Christmas Tree where people could drop in non perishable foods . As you can see from our photographs it was a great success and we managed to collect so much food that our hamper overflowed thanks to all our generous families who kindly donated items.
Thanks again to all who donated and we wish you all a Happy New Year for 2017!

Lydia’s Lodge is a holiday home that has been bought in memory of Jackie’s Daughter Lydia who passed away 6 years ago from a very rare brain tumour, aged 6 years old. Since then Jackie and her Husband Dave, along with their family and friends have raised over £120,000 by holding various events in memory of Lydia including an annual sponsored walk and grand ball. We recently purchased a holiday lodge in Porthmadog which is used by families who have children with life limiting illnesses and our aim is to let as many families as possible to have a break in the holiday home free of charge.
This was our 5th Annual Ball which was very well supported, with over 160 guests attending a great time was had by all. A grand total of £8,500 was raised on the night and this will go towards the upkeep of the lodge ensuring the families that visit will have a lovely holiday together.
